1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Amazing Cancun Tours services and making a reservation, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit. Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and include taxes unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice for future reservations.

3. Payments

We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer and cash payment at OXXO. Payments are processed securely through SSL-encrypted certified platforms.

4. Traveler Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive punctually at the agreed pickup point, carry valid official identification, and follow the tour guide's instructions. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Tour Modifications

Amazing Cancun Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety or force majeure. In case of cancellation on our part, we will offer rescheduling or full refund.

6. Liability

All our tours include traveler's insurance. However, Amazing Cancun Tours is not responsible for loss of personal items, injuries from disobeying safety instructions, or situations beyond our control.
