We are a small Cancun agency and we have been at it since 2019. Here is exactly what that means for your booking.
Write to us and you are talking to Carlos, who books the tour and answers you when something changes. No ticket system, no queue, no bot.
You pay a minimum deposit to hold your place and the rest on the day of the tour. We tell you the amount over WhatsApp before you decide anything — and if you would rather pay in full up front, you can.
Cancel more than 24 hours out and you get 100% back. Between 12 and 24 hours it is 50%, or reschedule at no cost. If the weather cancels the tour, you choose: a new date or a full refund.
