What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, hat and camera. Note: single-use plastic bottles are prohibited at Tulum — bring a refillable bottle.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes! Minimum age is 4 years old. The activity level is relaxed. Note that Tulum has uneven terrain and stairs without wheelchair access.
Why isn't the Tulum entrance included?
The $25 USD entrance fee is charged directly by the Mexican government at the site and must be paid in cash or card on arrival.
