We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour date.

More than 24 hours before the tour
100% refund of the amount paid
Between 12 and 24 hours before the tour
50% refund or free rescheduling
Less than 12 hours before or no-show
No refund applies
Cancellation by Us
If Amazing Cancun Tours cancels a tour due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer at the client's choice: free rescheduling to another available date or 100% full refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your tour at no cost up to 24 hours before the original date, subject to availability. Only one rescheduling per reservation is allowed.
