Tour Description
Set out on a high-speed boat adventure to El Cielo — Cozumel's famous shallow sandbank where hundreds of starfish rest on white sand in turquoise water you can stand in. With visibility exceeding 30 meters, this is snorkeling like nowhere else on Earth.
After El Cielo, your expert bilingual guide navigates to the world-renowned Cozumel reef system — Palancar, Colombia, or Paradise Reef depending on conditions. Glide over towering coral formations, spot sea turtles, eagle rays, moray eels, and an explosion of tropical fish. The reef is UNESCO-protected and consistently ranked among the top 5 dive/snorkel sites on the planet.
This small-group tour (max 12 guests) guarantees personalized attention and unhurried time in the water. A light lunch with non-alcoholic drinks is served onboard while you cruise back — the perfect ending to a bucket-list underwater experience. Note: A $40 USD ferry fee is paid directly at the pier on the day of the tour.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this different from the Cozumel Catamaran tour?

The catamaran is a relaxed open-bar cruise with paddleboarding and beach time. Choose El Cielo if serious snorkeling is your priority; choose the catamaran for a social, leisure cruise experience.
Do I need snorkeling experience?
No experience needed. Our expert guides assist all levels, from first-timers to seasoned snorkelers. Cozumel's calm, crystal-clear waters with 30+ meter visibility make it the ideal environment to try snorkeling for the first time. All equipment and a rash guard are included.
